Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within the UAE. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, orders will be dispatched and delivered according to the selected shipping method.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You can track the status of your order at any time by going onto track order page on our website and inputing the “Orders ID”, where tracking information will be available once the order is shipped.

 

Undeliverable or Wrong Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or if delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

 

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including those flagged for fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and fully refunded.
